JEC first graders are published authors! Under the guidance of Morah Heather and Morah Rachel, the first grade students presented their very own books at our inaugural Publishing Party. For the past few months, students learned about the process of editing and publishing their work. They began with brainstorming and creating first drafts and eventually authored and illustrated their own stories.
