Last week, Rabbi Shraga Schofield and a dozen JEC students teamed up with New Jersey�

NCSY for three days of chesed for Houston. Still reeling from its devastating storms, the Houston community is trying to put back the pieces, rebuilding many homes and community centers. The boys worked tirelessly, morning through night, knocking down, building up and helping out. This is true חסד של אמת, the type of giving that cannot be paid back. Rabbi Schofield was truly amazed at the level of our boys’ dedication and work ethic throughout the trip.
