Jewish Family Service of Central New Jersey (JFSCNJ) will hold a free virtual interactive Passover cooking demonstration with famed kosher food blogger Sylvia Fallas, on Thursday March 31 at 3:30 p.m. Join Fallas as she guides you step-by-step in making kosher for Passover silan roasted carrots, overnight brisket, and gooey blondie bars.

Fallas is a New York-based cooking instructor and recipe developer who teaches interactive cooking classes and demonstrations to people of all ages.

The program is funded by a grant from the JFNA Center on Aging and Trauma and the Jewish Federation of Greater MetroWest NJ in conjunction with the Union Y.
