Pre-K celebrated Presidents’ Day by learning about George Washington and Abraham Lincoln. Students also learned that Presidents’ Day is a day to celebrate all U.S. presidents, past and present. They discovered that Abraham Lincoln’s picture is on the front of a penny and a five dollar bill, and spent the afternoon playing a penny matching and counting game in celebration of Presidents’ Day.
