(Courtesy of JKHA/RKYHS) This past Sunday evening JKHA/RKYHS partnered with shuls in Livingston, Randolph, Springfield and West Orange for a women’s achdut kumzitz. Women from AABJ&D, Congregation Israel of Springfield, Etz Chaim, Mount Freedom Jewish Center, Ohr Torah and Suburban Torah joined students at JKHA/RKYHS for an inspiring evening of song.

It was a beautiful evening of unity for the women of the shared community. Over 100 women came together to sing, dance and be inspired by the singer/songwriter Sorah Shaffern. Chaired by Suburban Torah rebbetzin Sarah Proops, the evening was a wonderful way for women from all over the area, of all ages, to join together to show their achdut and be energized through unifying music.
