JKHA/RKYHS Annual Dinner Celebrates Parents, Community Members and Educational Leaders

Five hundred parents, former parents, grandparents, community leaders and supporters gathered at the Joseph Kushner Hebrew Academy/Rae Kushner Yeshiva High School (JKHA/RKYHS) 69th Annual Dinner on Wednesday, May 17, at Factory 220 in Passaic to celebrate JKHA/RKYHS and “Building Foundations for Our Future.”

JKHA/RKYHS was proud to celebrate Sandra and Howard Blank, Paula and Jerry Gottesman and Harriet and George Blank for their unwavering efforts to make an excellent Jewish day-school education affordable and a reality for all. Understanding the vast return on their investments in JKHA/RKYHS, each of these individuals has played a pivotal role in championing cutting-edge and multi-tiered affordability and community growth initiatives for the yeshiva.

The dinner was a beautiful and meaningful opportunity for JKHA/RKYHS to recognize the importance of its parents, community members and educational leaders, the legacy of the early founders and visionaries who established JKHA/RKYHS, and the grandparents who sustain Jewish education.

Enrollment at JKHA/RKYHS has grown significantly in the past few years, largely attributed to its winning equation for success—offering a high-quality education and demonstrating an innovative commitment to affordability and growth.

The annual dinner is the most critical part of the JKHA/RKYHS annual campaign, and this year was an especially great financial success, surpassing the school’s fundraising goals. Support will help JKHA/RKYHS continue to provide each student with an unparalleled and accessible Jewish education and will sustain the school for the present while building for the future.
