In September, JKHA middle school students put together Chanukah packages, in commemoration of the yahrzeit of Joseph Kushner z”l, to be sent overseas to Jewish American soldiers that contained Chanukah treats, much needed supplies and a personal note from each student.

How amazing it was for students to see their packages in the hands of U.S. troops at the American army base in Kuwait this Chanukah!
