Kinneret students in the sixth grade had the opportunity to design and test their own experiments. They wrote out detailed procedures and then performed their experiments and tested their hypotheses. The experiments included: Can you make a “better” volcano by changing the amounts of vinegar and baking soda? Do lollipops disintegrate faster in lemon juice or vinegar? Does the mass of a ball affect its speed down a ramp? Budding scientists are working hard at KDS.
