All the classes at the Lauren Elise Bier Nursery School have been busy learning about and getting ready for Pesach. To enhance learning, the whole school gathered together for a Model Matzah Bakery with Rabbi Rosenblum of Living Legacy. The children had a chance to explore wheat stalks, grind kernels to flour and make their own matzah from scratch! It was so much fun and made the children even more excited for Pesach!
