The children of the Lauren Elise Bier Nursery School celebrated the 100th day of school on Thursday, February 17. To mark the day, the children came to school dressed like they were 100 years old. They took part in different STEM activities; seeing what they could build with different materials. They also participated in different movement activities that they had to do 100 times. The children had a special snack where they had to build the number 100 out of a pretzel stick and Oreos. The children made their own 100th day of school crowns and went home with special certificates to acknowledge the day. They also went home with special twisty straws because the 100th day of school is “ex-straw” special.
