The pre-k class of the Lauren Elise Bier Nursery School began its fall apple unit. The children made predictions if they thought the apples would sink or float and documented what they learned. They then were able to taste test red, green and yellow apples and write down what they thought of each one. They voted on their favorites and yellow won!
