Let the Cranberries Shine on Thanksgiving

Serve frozen; defrost for five minutes before serving.

Boil water and add gelatin; mix well together. Pour into bowl and stir together horseradish and cranberry sauce. Place in freezer, covered with plastic wrap.

Can be made well in advance. Freezes forever!

A delicious blend of tart cranberries and sweet apples in between layers of streusel topping.

Mix the topping/crust with a fork and place half of the mixture in the bottom of a parchment paper-lined pan, and flatten to about a quarter to half an inch. Fill pan with fruit and sprinkle remaining crumble on top.

Bake at 350°F for one hour or until bubbling.

Makes one large or two small pans of delicious fruit crisp!
