Lubavitch on the Palisades preschool students celebrated Israel on Tuesday, May 2, with a special “trip.” Students boarded flight 613 to Tel Aviv with their passports in hand, sat in first class where they enjoyed snacks and in-flight entertainment and, as soon as they landed, began exploring some of the beautiful places in Eretz Yisrael. They davened at the kotel in Yerushalayim, visited an artist in Tzfat and created their own works of art, visited an army base for basic training, shopped in the “Shuk-a-market” in Tel Aviv, fished in the Kineret, milked cows on a kibbutz, baked pita bread in Eretz Avraham and even relaxed at a beach and spa in Eilat.
