Ma’ayanot students and faculty celebrated Israel’s 75th birthday with a communal tefillah chagigit, and a musical Hallel led by chazan and singer Meir Popowitz. Later in the day, Popowitz performed at Ma’ayanot’s Yom Ha’atzmaut chagiga where teachers and students joined for singing and dancing followed by a delicious Israeli lunch.
