Before Thanksgiving, Ma’ayanot students helped distribute 100 turkeys with all the fixings from the Community Food Bank of New Jersey to the Helping Hands Food Pantry in Teaneck. Helping Hands provides the community’s residents in need with a weekly pantry to help supplement the cost of food, as well as extra assistance around the holidays.
