The Ma’ayanot swim team did very well at the YULA tournament last weekend, competing against Frisch, Shalhevet, De Toledo and hosted by YULA. The swimmers competed at UCLA on day one and at Santa Monica University on day two. The Rapids sent eight swimmers from the regular-season swim team: senior Leora Wasserman, juniors Ayala Kilimnick and Meira Cohen and sophomores Tilly Chamberlain, Atara Meyers, Eliana Oshinsky, Perri Rosman and Ariel Brasch.

Chamberlain collected first place ribbons in the 200 IM, 100 butterfly, 50 butterfly and the 100 butterfly. Along with second place ribbons in 50 butterfly and 50 breaststroke. The team placed second in the 100 free relay as well.
