Ma’ayanot’s AP bio students visited the office and laboratory of Dr. Zalman Levine, reproductive endocrinologist and father of three Ma’ayanot alumnae. The students learned about the process of IVF and viewed the equipment used for this, followed by a tour of the lab and operating room where this all takes place. Dr. Levine inspired the students by sharing how the amazing scientific advances can help in this process, yet ultimately every pregnancy is a miracle from Hashem.
