Ma’ayanot sophomores learned about limiting reactants in chemical reactions and then made s’mores in the lab after figuring out the right amount of chocolate, graham cracker and marshmallows based on the “S’mores reaction.” Students enjoyed the hands-on learning experience while they ignited their learning with some tasty science.
