There was yet another win for the Ma’ayanot JV basketball team on Monday night, when the Rapids travelled to play at Kushner.

The game got off to a rocky start, with Kushner up by 4 points, but by the end of the first half, the Rapids had made a fantastic comeback, to lead by 9 points. Coming into the second half, the Kushner team came out strong, and was able to tie up the game. But after tight defense and great shots from Adina Rosenberg, Amanda Solomon, as well as others, the Rapids were able to reclaim their lead and come back with a final score of 41-36.

The Ma’ayanot Rapids now have five wins and only one loss under their belt. As always, the girls continue to work hard under the amazing guidance of their coaches, Atara Polinsky and Keni Ashby, and hope to continue their winning streak in games to come.
