An exciting season of Camp Shalom’s Machane Sport leagues has come to an end! In the semi-finals, the Mavericks defeated the Heat in a back-and forth best of three series. Meanwhile, in the other semi-finals, the Warriors beat the Celtics on an overtime goal to send them to the championship round. In the finals, the Mavericks won game one on a last minute touchdown, and then pulled away in game two for an exciting 42-21 victory. Kudos to all the boys who showed tremendous sportsmanship and to the wonderful counselors in the Machane Sport bunks who facilitated the season!
