Linking Northern and Central NJ, Bronx, Manhattan, Westchester and CT

On Monday, Naaleh students participated in a yom iyun for Israel. The event included an educational component with workshops covering the history of Israel and their opposition as well as the geopolitical landscape, examining Israel’s relationships with its neighboring countries. The girls viewed impactful videos featuring firsthand accounts of the recent days from soldiers, their families and Naaleh alumni. The students also embarked on practical initiatives to make a difference from afar, including writing letters to congressmen and contributing to a 10,000-letter campaign addressed to President Biden. They also wrote to children from families who were displaced and embraced kabalos in the merit of the safety of Klal Yisroel. The students completed the yom iyun with a better understanding of the ongoing conflict and equipped with practical ways to contribute to making change.
