Naaleh High School for Girls concluded its inaugural school year with a gala barbecue and fundraiser. The event was held at Naaleh’s campus in Ridgewood, where the community was invited to relish an elegant and intimate ambiance while enjoying a delicious dinner and music. The program included a video recap of Naaleh’s first year created entirely by Naaleh students— including photos, video footage and testimonials from students and teachers reflecting on the successes of the year. The crowd was addressed by Jonathan Neiss, president of the board, and Deena Kobre, head of school, who thanked the community for their partnership in making Naaleh a reality. Rav Moshe Tzvi Weinberg also addressed the crowd with moving words of inspiration and chizuk on the eve of Shavuot. The program concluded with an exciting auction and dessert buffet. The night was characterized by a profound sense of purpose, with each participant feeling a part of something special and meaningful as Naaleh continues to flourish and expand its horizons in the community and beyond.
