As an extension of their anatomy and physiology curriculum, the Naaleh juniors traveled to the Liberty Science Center to witness a kidney transplant. The students eagerly observed as the kidney was transplanted from the donor to the recipient, and they learned about all of the procedures and tools involved. They were then given the opportunity to explore the museum and the trip concluded with an enjoyable outdoor lunch. It was a fun, fascinating and inspiring experience for all.
