(Courtesy of NORPAC) Nikki Haley was hosted in Teaneck on Sept. 20 at the home of Tammi and Bennett Schachter. The fundraiser was chaired by Bennett Schachter, Joe Folkman, AJ Schreiber and NORPAC. Community leaders such as Jason Greenblatt came out to meet with the former ambassador at the private home event. Haley reaffirmed her strong commitment to the U.S.-Israel relationship to dozens of attendees, while Schachter and Greenblatt introduced her to the crowd. NORPAC’s Dr. Ben Chouake praised Haley for her incredible defense of security funding to Israel at the last Republican presidential debate, and urged for a continued strong line of defense against Iranian aggression. Haley reiterated her record of defending Israel in the United Nations and pledged to continue doing so as president. Guests had the chance to discuss the issues with the former ambassador one on one and take pictures before the larger event, also organized by Bennett Schachter, Folkman, Schreiber and NORPAC, which was held in Tenafly.
