(Ohr Yisroel) Ohr Yisroel’s hockey and basketball teams started their seasons with energy, unity and excitement following the Yom Tov break. The teams feature new coaches and expanded rosters as the yeshiva grows and its diverse student body shows its talent. The yeshiva is especially proud to have alumni Tani Rosenfeld and Elan Besterman coaching varsity hockey this year after their successful year learning in Mevaseret. Ohr Yisroel also welcomed phenomenally experienced Yeshiva League coach Dovey Forman as its new varsity basketball coach. The entire yeshiva is looking forward to successful seasons both on and off the court.
