Ohr Yisroel held its first ever basketball tryouts this past Monday. The talmidim were excited to see the team come together and are looking forward to the yeshiva’s competing in upcoming games. The talmidim really enjoyed meeting Coach Lenny Friedman. Coach Friedman emphasized that basketball is meant to be fun and competitive but always secondary to Torah, Halacha and middos tovos.
