Ohr Yisroel science students, including Ari Goffstein and Gabe Sashitzky, used fruits and vegetables to extract color and test pH levels this past week. Under the guidance of their teacher, Michele Grevesen, they worked to change the levels by adding baking soda and then followed up with another check of the pH levels to assess the change that occurred. They concluded the engaging experiment by painting with the resulting colors.
