If you have ever considered buying an apartment in Jerusalem, you’ll know it can be difficult to know where to start. Not only is it hard to find properties online, but knowing the rules and how to go about the process are a big unknown for many people.
CapitIL Real Estate Agency and its partners return to Teaneck on Sunday, June 23, at 10 a.m. at Congregation Keter Torah for an expert panel discussion on how to purchase property in Jerusalem, with an “ask us anything” segment where the audience can pose their questions directly to the panel.
CapitIL Sales Director Ben Levene says, “We are very excited to be running a Sunday morning Teaneck event. We hope to offer a highly informative and enjoyable session. I am delighted to bring four extremely experienced contributors with me; the event on offer I hope will be extremely helpful.”
The event follows a proven format: an open panel discussion where, following a brief introduction from each of the panel members on their role in their process, the audience will be able to ask any questions they want on the subject of purchasing property in Jerusalem. Panel members will also be available for private consultation after the main discussion is over.
The panel consists of:
Ben Levene, CapitIL Real Estate Agency: real estate agents
Jeffrey Mark, JMark Interiors: interior design and project management
Tzvi Shapiro, First Israel Mortgages: mortgage brokers
Daniel Englesman, IsraTransfer: international money transfers
Yair Givati, Haim Givati & Co: real estate attorneys
There will be an additional four events held between June 23-26 in Cedarhurst, Riverdale, New Rochelle and NYC, each in the same format as the Teaneck event.
