Shelley’s Chicken
Ingredients:
2 chickens, cut in eighths
1 cup oil
4 tbsp mustard
2 cups orange juice
1 cup brown sugar
Combine oil and mustard. Rub mixture onto chicken. Combine orange juice with brown sugar and stir. Pour over chicken and bake uncovered for two hours at 350. Enjoy!
