The Teaneck community publicly thanked its hero kidney donors at a beautiful pre-Chanukah event on a recent motzei Shabbat. After enjoying a cocktail hour of wine tasting, miniature donuts and other snacks, all the donors at the event came to the stage to recite tehillim in the merit of a refuah sheleima for fellow kidney donor Micah Kaufman, who had been hit by a car the previous Thursday evening.
