Many RPRY classes are integrating adaptive online programs into their instruction to best meet student requisites. These powerful tools of personalized instruction across many subject areas allow teachers to sustain greater levels of student customization. Programs are amalgamated from an array of educational companies, including: Waterford’s Early Learning math and language arts in kindergarten, Pearson’s Successmaker math and language arts in grades 1-3, Edmentum’s Study Island, Reading Eggs, Education City and Exact Path math, language arts, science and computers/coding in grades one through eight and HMH’s ALEKS math in middle school (sponsored by the Lowenthal Family Foundation). With great success, RPRY teachers incorporate these programs selectively to adapt to students’ needs.
