Rabbi Pesach Raymon Yeshiva’s art show was a beautiful portrayal of the creativity and artistic expression nurtured in its art program. Students’ artwork filled the walls and tabletops of the school gym, creating a visual wonderland for the students’ families to see. Parents, grandparents and friends were able to walk around and see each grade’s artwork, ranging from Impressionism to Expressionism.
Aside from the artwork on display, the event also included art making opportunities such as crafting stations to remind everyone that creating art never stops!
RPRY’s art program is lead and taught by Debby Waldman. Her art classes promote creative problem solving, collaboration and innovation. The artwork truly reflected the learning that is happening in the integrated art curriculum and vast STEAM programs.
