(Courtesy of RYNJ) It is RYNJ’s great pleasure to announce that Faye Rosenberg has been appointed as the new RYNJ Middle School General Studies Director of Academics and Instruction.
Rosenberg has been a respected member of the RYNJ faculty for the past 12 years. An incredibly talented, hardworking, organized, intelligent and creative educator, Rosenberg is passionate about inspiring student motivation and empowerment. Her current role as a learning specialist in the Middle School Learning Center has enabled her to observe classes and teachers in the classroom, collaborate with faculty across disciplines to ensure students’ success, and familiarize herself with curricula and benchmarks for each class level.
Rosenberg brings a wide range of skills and experience to the position of director of academics and instruction.
She has a background in educational psychology, is certified in both general and special education, and holds a master’s degree in special education. She has served as a mentor to many of her colleagues and been instrumental in developing curricula across grades.
Beginning the upcoming school year, Rosenberg will be responsible for setting academic standards and guiding and supporting teachers to ensure learning experiences that are rigorous, engaging and meaningful. She looks forward to nurturing a school culture that is inviting, imbued with warmth, camaraderie and joy while insisting on academic excellence.
This is a momentous time for RYNJ’s educational program. It is truly a blessing for the yeshiva to be able to promote someone of Rosenberg’s integrity and expertise to this important position.
