The RYNJ lower and middle school students were engaged in hachnasas orchim, with each lower school class paired with a middle school class to visit. They were warmly welcomed into each classroom with excitement, and some were presented with a dvar Torah. The older grades transformed their rooms into fantastic carnivals for the younger grades to enjoy, and took a leadership role in bringing the younger children around to each station. From face-painting to pin-the-Avraham-in-the-tent to creative food crafting with a parsha theme, the older grades spent much time and effort making sure their carnivals were enjoyed by all! The lower grades felt warmly welcomed and had a blast!
