RYNJ is proud to share that this past summer, the school’s library earned Advanced Accreditation from the Association of Jewish Libraries. The certificate was awarded at a special ceremony at the annual conference. Accreditation rewards high professional performance of the library personnel and adherence to AJL guidelines for excellence in both library materials as well as high educational and instructional standards. The RYNJ library is one of the most beloved spots in the school. Children of all ages look forward to their weekly visits and the opportunity to sit and relax with a book. Aside from fostering a love for reading, the library program also plays an integral part in teaching and developing students’ research skills in order to help them succeed academically.
