Ingenuity and innovation were on display at the RYNJ Middle School Invention Convention this week. To the delight of their proud parents, the sixth grade students showcased their original Rube Goldberg contraptions, demonstrating how the six simple machines, creatively arranged, could complete unique and interesting jobs. Among the inventions was one that fed a fish, another that threw away trash and yet another that watered a plant. Kol hakavod to Miss Pick, the phenomenal science teacher who spearheaded this project, and to the girls for their dedication, collaboration and enthusiastic perseverance!
