RYNJ Students Study Russo-Ukrainian Conflict

In RYNJ, the eighth grade boys class is currently focusing on an extremely relevant event, the conflict between Russia and the Ukraine. Mrs. Solomon, our amazing Social Studies teacher divided the class into four groups representing the opinions of this conflict, The Russian and Ukrainian populace as well as President Biden and NATO. This activity helped students understand current political events as well as work on their team building and communication skills. Each group was given articles pertaining to the crisis and then told to make a short presentation trying to convince the class that their opinion was the correct one.
