Ben Porat Yosef had some special surprise visitors at BPY on Friday, November 7, in advance of reading Parashat Vayera. “Avraham and Sarah” (aka Rav Tomer Ronen, Rosh HaYeshiva, and Jessica Kohn, Early Childhood Director) welcomed early childhood students to their tent to sing Shabbat songs and do the mitzvah of bikur cholim. It seems that “Avraham” was not feeling well –as we learn in the parasha. Students also learned how Avraham and Sarah enjoyed doing their favorite mitzvah of hachnasat orchim.
