Bruriah students in all grades participated in the Sharsheret Pink Day, a worldwide initiative. Individuals and students wore pink to raise awareness about Sharsheret’s vital programs and services in person and on social media. The Tzedakah Committee, headed by Daphna Hook, Eliana Strong, Eliana Wasserman, Gabi Chamama, Rebecca Siegel and Shayna Swartz, organized a fundraiser that sold pink cupcakes, pink lemonade and Sharsheret-Bruriah swag. All of the profits raised will be donated to Sharsheret. Eliana Ross reflected, “I’m so happy that our school takes part in supporting such an amazing cause and I can’t wait to see what comes next!”
