On Wednesday, February 10, The Moriah Middle School students celebrated Sharsheret Pink Day. Students expressed their solidarity and support for the brave women battling breast or ovarian cancer by wearing pink to school in their honor. Students had an opportunity to buy pink and white cookies with all the proceeds going to Sharsheret. Additionally, the students participated in a special program where they wrote letters of support, pride and thanks to the Sharsheret organization and to the Jewish women they support. Thank you Sharsheret for all you do for the Jewish community!
