Sea One Is the Only One for You

Sea One kids’ pool, outdoor pool and bar.

Overheard in shul last Shabbat: I went to look at the Sea One Private Club — it is this cool spot in Rishon LeZion, right on the beach. The place is like a dream — a resort-style living experience crafted by the Oranim Group. They’ve got this Club Residence, open to anyone over 60, offering concierge services, spa, gym, pools, and even a synagogue. But what makes it really awesome is the lively atmosphere with cultural events, art studios, and a beachfront promenade with shops and cafes — a real ultra-elegant residence.

And get this, they’ve got apartments with all the works: safe rooms, fully furnished bathrooms and kitchens, and private terraces, penthouses and garden apartments — the whole deal. They’re opening at the end of 2024 and it’s very close to Tel Aviv and an easy drive to Jerusalem (this is the closest beach to Jerusalem). There’s a shul and they organize cultural and social activities including lectures, Hebrew lessons, yoga, art workshops, bridge and cards, and lots of networking opportunities. And in the building you have the health facilities including a gym and a pool, with direct access to the beach. It’s a resort on the beach and it certainly is not a retirement village — not even close.

The best part? They have over 20 hospitality units for your visiting family and friends, and you won’t have to worry about cleaning up after parties or events like a bar mitzvah or a birthday celebration; they have banquet halls, private rooms and offer perfect spaces that get it all covered. Instead of flying all over to see the kids and grandkids, they can all come here and celebrate and enjoy a perfect time. They also offer fine dining restaurants and grab-and-go cafes.

No need to rent an apartment somewhere and have to deal with landlords, paying utility bills, crazy neighbors, struggling trying to get anything done in Hebrew. Here you are the owner of your apartment through the Oranim Group and they do the rest. It’s better than an aparthotel because it’s yours. If you come to Israel five to six months or more during the year, this is the carefree and hassle free way to do it.

For those considering Sea One Private Club as their new home, registration costs start at 3 million NIS (approximately $830,000), fully refundable after consumer price index adjustment. Monthly membership fees begin at 9,000 NIS (approximately $2,500) and residents can opt out with three months’ notice. The easy registration process only requires a 70,000 NIS (approximately $20,000) deposit, with the balance payable upon completion.

Sea One Private Club invites you to live the dream: wake up by the beach and work or play all day in the sun. It’s undoubtedly the best place to embark on your aliyah journey.
