Standing on line at Dunkin Donuts the same familiar faces stand behind the counter waiting to serve the customers each day. One would think that the workers would be stressed over the indecision of some customers once they have reached their turn to order, the screaming children who decide that they need chocolate sprinkles once they have declared vanilla as their favorite, and those who have a hard time finding their coupons which they are so sure they have in their pockets or purses. Nevertheless they calmly stand there waiting and working together to make everyone’s visit to the store as efficient and friendly as possible.

What is most amazing about this group is that they and their fellow workers have formed into each other’s extended family. Obviously Agnes (the store’s owner) had a great sense of who to hire. Next time you visit the store mention this article and you might receive an extra dollop of whipped cream in your hot chocolate!
