Yeshivat He’Atid let their fourth and fifth graders loose,
to honor the birthday of the great Dr. Seuss.
Each student chose a book of his or her own,
to show preschoolers that when they are grown,
they can read these fun books and enjoy Seuss’ words.
Classes broke up into fifths, fourths and thirds.
Older students read books to bright-eyed little ones,
like parents who read to their daughters and sons.
Such a wonderful day; everyone had a blast.
It must have been fun; the time flew by so fast.
Dr. Seuss ruled the day at Yeshivat He’Atid;
we are all still smiling from the reading we did!
