Rabbi Pesach Raymon Yeshiva’s community-wide, early childhood center event, Shema Under the Stars, was a rocking time. Children arrived at school on Motzei Shabbat in their pajamas for an evening of fun. There were tables of crafts for creating and mingling, after which the crowd circled up for a sing-along with dancing. Parent and board member Srulee Hercman made a magical Havdala where the lights were low and each child held a glow stick, illuminating the gym. The evening was capped off with the whole crowd singing “Hamalach Hagoel” in honor of Parshat Vayechi.
