Linking Northern and Central NJ, Bronx, Manhattan, Westchester and CT

Chanukah filled the air in Stein Yeshiva this past week. Whether it was exploring the symbols of the chag (toddler daycare) or the more intricate halachos (grades one-eight), the students were immersed in all things Chanukah. The early childhood children were also busy baking for their upcoming chagiga. For the daycare toddlers, Chanukah so far has been a sensory experience. They created dreidels and stars using various media. The children also used their knowledge of blue and yellow to create beautiful shaving-cream art that eventually became their menorahs. Each night they will be able to “light” their menorahs by turning up the flames. The kinderlach are so proud of their new menorahs.
