Stein Yeshiva 3’s Give Brachos

Parsha is one of the three-year-olds’ favorite subjects. The kinderlach learned how Yaakov switched hands to bless the younger Ephraim before the older Menashe—what a surprise for Yosef! But Yaakov taught us that parents often have wisdom we don’t yet understand. The children were so excited to share that they also receive brachos from their abbas on Shabbos. Speaking of brachos, the kinderlach had the chance to give brachos to their friends! With big smiles, they placed their hands gently on their friends’ heads, just like Yaakov did. They even gave each other brachos spontaneously throughout the week. Some of the brachos were extra special. They ranged from “I hope you have all the best ice cream forever!,” “I hope you get lots and lots of cars, even when you’re big!,” to the sweetest, “You will have a marriage like my Mommy and Daddy.”
