Last week at TABC, Barry Ehrlich’s 11th grade law class heard an informative presentation by Officer Rich Factor and Lt. Chris Kurschner of the Teaneck Police Department. The class had been studying a number of fourth amendment issues including search and seizure and arrests and came up with a list of questions that were submitted in advance. The officers did an amazing job of tailoring the presentation to the students’ interests, taking questions throughout and even after the class. Everyone came away with a much better understanding of the challenges facing law enforcement as they do their job. It was a great learning experience and TABC appreciates all the time and effort that Officer Factor and Lt. Kurschner put into this visit.
