As part of their study of the solar system, the fourth graders at Tenafly Chabad Academy learned about the phases of the moon. Then, using chocolate sandwich cookies, the children created models depicting the different phases. The moon isn’t made of cheese, it’s made of cookies! This was a perfect Rosh Chodesh science project.
