Thank You to Our Elected Officials

I would like to express my appreciation and gratitude to all of those in our Teaneck municipality and elected officials, medical care providers, rabbinate, and fellow residents who have risen to the occasion during this difficult period. Times of crisis can bring out the best or worst in human nature and I am proud to be a Teaneck resident during this time of crisis.

I appreciate the speedy response by government officials and the medical community for their swift and calculated responses to the medical needs of our residents. I am also grateful for their ability to mobilize and keep the public informed and “calm.”

I believe that we will, Baruch Hashem, come out of this stronger and better prepared than before.

I want to also give a special thanks to our rabbinic leaders, Rabbi Rothwachs, my rabbi in particular, for their tireless efforts keeping us connected spiritually through prayer and learning.

May we all come out of this seclusion with a greater strength and with a better appreciation for each other.

With great gratitude,

Rabbi Sam Frankel
Teaneck
