‘The Ballerina of Auschwitz’ To Speak at Chabad

On Thursday, March 18, at 7 p.m., Valley Chabad’s Eternal Flame and the JCC of Northern NJ will host Dr. Edith Eger on a Zoom
session open to the public.

Eger, who is one of the few living Holocaust survivors, was sent to Auschwitz at 16 years old, where she endured unimaginable
experiences, including being ordered to dance for the notorious Dr. Josef Mengele, who killed her parents. Her story is an
inspiration for everyone.

At 93 years young, Eger is an inspiring speaker, human dignity advocate and award-winning author. Her New York Times bestselling
book “The Choice: Embrace the Possible” is a powerful, moving memoir, and a practical guide to healing that uses her past as a
powerful tool to inspire people to reach their potential and shape their destinies. Her latest book is “The Gift: 12 Lessons to
Save Your Life.”

The event is open to the public at no cost. Registration is required at
www.eternalflame.org.
